Congratulations to Jennifer Lathrop on being named School District of Newberry County's Inaugural Rookie Teacher of the Year. Lathrop is now in her second year teaching at Newberry Middle School and was recognized at the district's annual Teaching and Learning Conference Wednesday, August 14.
