Bulldog Swimming continues to dominate. We are on the road for the remainder of the season, and last night's meet against opponents: Mid-Carolina, Newberry Academy, Dutch Fork, Fox Creek, Gray Collegiate, and Richland Northeast was ROCKIN! We hosted close to 100 swimmers!
I want to take a moment and thank EVERYONE for the support and help provided throughout the "home" stretch of our season. We aren't done, but the hosting for the season is. A huge shout out to Dr. Deese-Jeter and Coach Mendenhall for coming and helping work the meet last night. A special thanks to my parent (mine included) volunteers, Mem Davis and Molly Fortune, who went and got trained as stroke and turn judges so that they could work all of our home meets, the season would not have run as smoothly without you two. Thank you for Rhonda Goodman for providing the pizza for concessions last night! Every little bit helps in the financial department, and I LOVE that our tiny team gets that. Thank you to Beth Tarver for being our head timer and organizing all the new faces down there to ensure our times were legal and State eligible. And to the faces in the crowd (forgive if I miss anyone) your support is noticed by the swimmers and myself. Thank you, Mrs. Chaplin, Ms. Hartness, Ms. Trammell, Mr. Pressley, and anyone else I did not personally get to greet, for showing up and cheering on our swimmers at our final home meet of the 2022-23 season!
